Friendly and outgoing Derrick, age 14, is a born communicator. Academically, he's full of potential, though he sometimes struggles with follow-through on his schoolwork. Derrick also has the potential to be a good role model for younger children, as he is patient and helpful, engaging other children to form relationships.
